15 Tips for an Overwhelmed Working Mom to Feel Better
…and so I did!
At first I was pretty overwhelmed to have to come up with 15 tips! But as I thought about it, I realized there are hundreds of ways to help our daily lives feel calmer.
So to all my dears who are juggling “too much” and feeling inadequate, remember that you are abundant. Take tiny times to celebrate all that you are and do (rather than fixating on what you lack). Easier said than done, I know.
Slowly and steadily, practice even a few of those 15 tips each day.
You will begin to calm and experience inspiration about the fullness of your own beautiful life.
